The Forge Motorsport FMINDK35RF/C eplacement cotton filter, or high flow, pleated, synthetic nanofiber filtration air filter for the Forge Motorsport induction kit lineages, including FMINDK35, FMINDK40, FMINDK45, and FMINDK49. This configuration features a synthetic nanofiber media, pleated to maximize surface area. This advanced design outperforms conventional cotton gauze and foam elements by capturing finer dust particles while optimizing air volume delivery into the turbocharger inlet.
This premium pleated filter utilizes structural synthetic nanofibers layered across a mesh framework. This dry filtration media requires no oiling, eliminating the risk of oil mist contaminating mass air flow (MAF) sensors or damaging sensitive internal electronic hotwires. The pleated geometry creates a larger effective surface area within a compact engine bay footprint, allowing the filter to maintain maximum velocity and high-volume delivery even as it captures road grime over extended use.
