WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All goods carried on site.. Pickups are available Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect. In - store collections must be agreed with sales prior to collection as some non stock items will still incur a delivery charge from manufacturer. Please check as additional charges may be applicable.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
All goods shipped are subject to change according to service provided but purchaser will be notified prior to dispatch.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- We offer next day delivery everywhere in the UK Mainland although extended delivery times exist for some outlying areas. Highlands, remote areas.
- Always ensure somebody is present to receive the order at the designated shipping address as our parcel delivery providers are not always able to leave parcels unattended in a ‘safe place’, with a neighbour or at local collection shops but may take to local collection point where ID must be provided to enable collection. Couriers will usually make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel, at which point it will be returned to us if nobody is present to sign for the order. *Charges may apply.
- We can not be held responsible for delays outside of control or incorrect delivery details.
- Shipping can be to an address other than the billing address such as Family/Works addresses but will require signing for.
- Any deliveries outside of our scope will require prior authority and postal charges applied accordingly.
- Any additional postal charges incurred due to mis information, persons not being present at designated address to sign for or re delivery are not the responsibility of Moorfield German Motors.
- Some goods such as volatile liquids or pressurised containers may have delivery conditions and time delays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
