Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@moorfieldgermanmotors.co.uk to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty eight (28) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Prior to returning any goods, carefully read all our returns Terms and Conditions as failure to follow may void Returns/Warranty.

  • Contact Moorfield German Motors by email or telephone to request a returns form. Contact requesting a return MUST be made within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Before requesting a return/refund, please make sure the goods can be returned in a RESALEABLE CONDITION as defined in the Terms and Conditions below.

  • All goods/components must be in their original packaging including bags, protective films, caps, covers, stickers, literature, and instructions in clean, intact condition.

  • No exterior or interior defects not present or indicated at the point of sale. Packaging must be clean and intact for resaleable condition to be accepted.

  • All components must be clean, free of grease/oil/paint, and show no evidence of fitting/test fitting. This applies to any component in a kit supplied, correctly or incorrectly.

  • No evidence of ANY modification to any part sold singularly or as part of a kit, including drilling/filling/cutting or forcible effort to attempt to fit.

  • Any of the above issues will void the return.

  • Any goods returned without prior email/phone notification and without a returns form & number issued will be voided, and any costs to return goods to the purchaser will be chargeable prior to dispatch.

  • Any returns postal charges are covered by the purchaser for all correctly supplied items matching the paperwork. If a return/warranty claim is successful, this will be refunded.

  • All items will be completely inspected by our team, and any damage not present at time of sale or if security tags/stickers are removed/broken, will automatically void warranty/return requests. Purchasers will be notified via email with evidence within 7 days of return receipt.

  • Moorfield German Motors / Moorfield Garage Ltd accepts NO responsibility for damages, delays, installation/removal labour, transport/travel costs, inconvenience, or anything else other than the goods supplied.

  • We accept no responsibility for correctly supplied goods to invoice which are not the correct fitment for the purchaser’s vehicle. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure goods specifications match their intended vehicle installation. If unsure, do not attempt to fit. It is at Moorfield German Motors’ discretion to offer a percentage refund less handling charges.

  • Returns time periods for parts correctly supplied to invoice:

    • Within 14 days of purchase/delivery: Goods can be returned for any reason if they meet the resaleable condition, and the initial shipping delivery charge may be refunded. Return delivery costs are not covered.

    • After 14 days: Goods may be returned at the discretion of Moorfield German Motors, with a percentage handling fee. Initial and return delivery charges will not be refunded.

    • After 28 days: Goods are not accepted or eligible for return/refund.

    • For products correctly sold to invoice but incorrect for the vehicle: It is at the discretion of Moorfield German Motors to accept returns/refunds up to 28 days. All products must meet resaleable condition terms and conditions.

    • If goods show any damage not present at time of sale, or evidence of fitting/test fitting, and/or security tags/stickers are removed/broken, the return/warranty will be void. Purchaser will be notified via email with evidence within 7 days of return receipt.
