This can depend on the type of product you’re ordering, but generally our products are delivered to you within 3-5 working days. However, if it looks like your order may be reaching you later than that, we’ll be in touch to let you know.

Yes, whenever this is available on a product ordered from us, we’ll provide you with a tracking reference code, so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order from start to finish.

If you would like to collect your product directly from us instead of having it delivered to your door, please get in touch to arrange this and we’ll look to accommodate you.

If your product is faulty or you’re not entirely satisfied with your product and you’d like to return it, you can do so for store credit or exchange it for a different product.
