The Forge Motorsport FMDV12VAG is a performance atmospheric blow-off valve kit designed for 1.2 TSI engines (up to 2015). These smaller displacement turbocharged engines often lack the audible "dump valve" sound that many enthusiasts desire. This kit addresses that by replacing the original factory charge pipe with a bespoke silicone hose and a high-flow atmospheric valve. The silicone construction is much more durable than the original plastic parts and is available in hose colour options including Red, Blue, and Black. Installing this kit improves throttle response by venting excess boost pressure efficiently, preventing turbo stall. It is a fantastic upgrade for both standard and remapped vehicles, providing a blend of mechanical reliability and a more aggressive engine sound.
