The compact, energetic VAG 1.0 TSI three-cylinder engine family delivers surprisingly punchy performance but entirely lacks a standard electronic or mechanical diverter valve. To bypass this limitation, Forge Motorsport engineered an incredibly robust twin-piston atmospheric dump valve kit. This upgrade delivers a satisfyingly loud performance sound upon lifting off the throttle, improves intermediate throttle response between shifts, and dramatically minimizes turbo lag by helping the turbocharger maintain optimal compressor speed.

Reduced Turbo Lag: Maintains higher internal compressor speeds to ensure immediate throttle response during hard gear changes.
Complete Hard-Pipe Replacement: Replaces the fragile, leak-prone plastic factory intake pipe with a high-flow multi-ply silicone hose.
Advanced Fluorosilicone Lining: Built with an expensive internal liner to prevent discoloration, keeping the hose structurally immune to oil mist.
Anodized CNC Componentry: Utilizes custom CNC machined billet throttle body couplers and adapters for a perfect mechanical seal.
Tuneable Valve Internals: Package includes an uprated auxiliary tuning spring designed specifically for vehicles running remapped ECU configurations.

Technical Configuration Notes

This premium hardware conversion kit includes an atmospheric valve, custom boost tap with cork gasket sealing interfaces, extended wiring loom lengths, and all required vacuum routing components. The main silicone induction hose can be configured across a choice of primary finishes, including Red, Blue, or Black, allowing for seamless visual integration with standard engine bays.

CRITICAL COMPATIBILITY NOTE: This kit is intended for 1.0 TSI models with the airbox positioned toward the front of the engine bay. Additionally, if your factory inlet pipe features an integrated extra breather spout, you must select the matching extra breather adapter option. **Not compatible with 2021+ screw-type turbo couplers; see FMDV9 layout rules.**
