Forge Billet Aluminum PCV Delete Plate for VAG 2.0 TFSI

Eliminate a key point of failure in your engine's crankcase system and protect your vehicle from performance-robbing boost leaks with the premium Forge Motorsport PCV delete plate. Engineered specifically for vehicles utilizing the belt-driven 2.0 TFSI (EA113) engine platform, this high-quality hardware upgrade bypasses the fragile factory positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) assembly. The factory plastic PCV mechanism uses a delicate internal rubber diaphragm that is highly prone to splitting, softening, and failing under stock or increased boost pressures. When this diaphragm fails, pressurized boost air leaks directly into the engine valve cover, causing erratic idle, increased oil consumption, and a noticeable drop in power.


Precision Billet Engineering & Internal Blocking Design

This professional workshop solution is manufactured in-house from high-grade 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum billet, offering superior strength over brittle plastic factory parts. The Forge delete plate completely seals off the internal ports that link the intake manifold to the valve cover, diverting crankcase pressures directly to the rear ventilation circuit. By converting the circuit to a more reliable single-sided system, it completely eliminates the risk of boost pressure entering the crankcase, ensuring consistent performance under hard street or track conditions.

The engineering team at Forge Motorsport maximized the functionality of this replacement plate by integrating three independent 4mm vacuum take-off ports into its face block. These ports provide a clean, reliable source for vacuum and boost reference signals, making it easy to connect an aftermarket boost gauge, a water-methanol injection system, or an active blow-off valve controller. The kit comes supplied with removable grub screws, allowing you to easily block off any unused ports.
