do88 Performance Coolant Hose Kit (24 pcs) - MQB Platform
Upgrade the reliability and aesthetics of your engine bay with the do88 Performance Coolant Hose Kit. Developed specifically for the VAG MQB platform (1.8 TSI / 2.0 TSI), this comprehensive 24-piece kit replaces the factory rubber hoses which are prone to cracking and failure over time.
Superior Durability: Unlike the OEM rubber hoses, do88 hoses are manufactured from high-quality silicone reinforced with 3 to 5 layers of armour (depending on inner diameter). This construction ensures they can withstand high pressure and extreme temperatures for the long haul.
Custom Styling: Available in multiple colors (see dropdown menu) to match your build's theme. Note: There is no performance difference between the color options.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE:
You must reuse your original hose connections. The factory hose clamps are permanent and need to be cut with a hacksaw (which is easy to do). The hose connections are then mounted onto the new silicone hoses using regular hose clamps.
We strongly recommend purchasing our matching Hose Clamp Kit (clamp-kit187) found under accessories to ensure a perfect installation.
