The do88 BigPack VAG 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4 (BIG-340) is the ultimate intercooler and charge pipe upgrade for high-performance VAG vehicles. Designed for serious power goals, this complete kit dramatically improves airflow, cooling efficiency, and throttle response compared to the restrictive factory system.


This BigPack combines a full aluminium performance intercooler with a complete 2.5” charge pipe kit, replacing everything between the turbo outlet and throttle body. The result is a drastic improvement in airflow, reduced pressure drop, and consistently lower intake temperatures.
All-aluminium construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimised cast end tanks and a high-efficiency core for maximum cooling with minimal pressure loss.

Mandrel-bent seamless aluminium pipes with reinforced silicone hoses, delivering significantly better airflow than the restrictive factory piping.

Designed for VAG vehicles equipped with the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4 engine, this BigPack is ideal for tuned or hard-driven cars where the factory intercooler becomes a performance bottleneck.
