Forge eliminates this restriction with an intelligent system containing a custom powder-coated black aluminum air canister housing. This unit fulfills a dual purpose: it draws direct, high-velocity atmospheric cold air right from the vehicle's slam panel while building a solid physical block against ambient radiant heat wash from the engine bay.

Important Note Title: Warning! Do not over-tighten the main hose clamp joining the cone element to its internal coupler counterpart. Apply a careful torque limit of 2-2.4Nm to avoid cracking structural plastics.
