Forge Motorsport CNC Billet Aluminum Turbo Bayonet Coupler Upgrade

Eliminate a classic point of failure in your commercial vehicle's charge circuit with this uprated CNC-machined billet aluminum turbo bayonet coupler. Developed by Forge Motorsport for the Volkswagen Transporter T5 1.9 TDI and 2.5 TDI models, this high-performance adapter fixes a chronic boost leak spot. This replaces the original turbo coupler which, due to a very sloppy fit, is prone to leaking.

Precision Engineering & Billet Construction

This premium replacement hardware solution is manufactured in-house at our Gloucester facility using state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machinery. Cut from a single solid block of aircraft-grade aluminum billet, this coupler completely eliminates the flexing, cracking, and wear common to factory plastic pieces. The locating tabs are machined to exact tolerances, providing a secure, rock-solid fitment that locks into position inside the turbo outlet or intercooler port face, maintaining its shape over decades of hard commercial operations. 

The coupler is compatible with the following engine codes: BPC, BNZ, AXD, BLJ, and AXE.

PLEASE NOTE: THE ORIGNAL O-RINGS/SEALS MUST BE RETAINED FOR USE ON THE FORGE HOSES

Restoring Engine Boost Efficiency

By securing this connection tightly, the coupler stops boost pressure from bleeding off into the engine bay, keeping your forced induction circuit sealed properly. Restoring this seal ensures your engine receives full target boost delivery, resulting in crisper throttle response, reduced black exhaust smoke, and optimized fuel economy. Please note that you must retain and reuse your original factory green rubber sealing ring and wire spring clip to finish the installation.
