One of our most popular products is the Cold-Air Intake System kit for Audi S1, the latest 6C Polo GTI 1.8 and Ibiza Cupra 1.8.

​This Intake Upgrade Kit adds to your intake and takes things to the next level, ready to support higher power outputs and even turbo upgrades.

> The Intake Upgrade Kit comprises a new high-flow Turbo Inlet Hose plus Turbo 90 Inlet.

> Together these upgrades allow greatly increased airflow from your Intake into the turbocharger for lightning fast turbo response and higher power gains than the intake alone.

> The Upgrade Kit replaces the silicone Inlet Hose that was supplied with your intake - you won't need that any more.

> Put simply, you'll be wasting a chunk of the hard-gotten gains from your high-flow intake system without the Intake Upgrade Kit!

> Compatible with the standard turbo, plus the larger IS38 or IS20 units should you ever want to upgrade in future.

COMPATIBILITY

Works in conjunction with the RacingLine Intake, plus either the IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbos, ready for any future upgrades you make.

POWER GAINS

Replacing the standard plastic pipe and elbow's highly restrictive airflow path through to the turbo gives a worthwhile power gain through smoothing and opening up that turn into the turbo

SIMPLE FIT

Fitting is very straightforward. The kit is installed in around 15 minutes using just hand tools.   And easily returned to standard, should you ever wish.

• Maximum diameter ultra smooth, high-gloss silicone with smooth transitions promotes airflow

• Formed silicon internal lip on the joins ensures smooth airflow transition

• Twin nitrile O-rings for the perfect seal into the turbo

• Maximum diameter ultra-thin wall T6-6061 aluminium with smoothed internal bore for optimised airflow

CONFIRMED APPLICATIONS

NOTE: the Intake Upgrade Kit currently only fits RIGHT HAND DRIVE cars. A kit for LHD cars is coming soon.

Some customers have fitted this kit to LHD cars, but it requires minor modification to the Turbo 90 Inlet.
