- 100% Extra Capacity: Features a 22 FPI (fins per inch) louvre super-tech cooling core to deliver maximum heat dissipation.
- Innovative Dual-Core Flow: The PolarCooler retains the OEM charge cooler radiator but routes the fluid into a front-mounted auxiliary radiator for maximized efficiency.
- Unobstructed Placement: Positioned carefully to ensure zero obstruction to the air conditioning condenser, preventing thermal bleed-over.
- Proven Dyno Performance: Real-world testing demonstrated a continuous 20°C (68°F) reduction in inlet temperatures across three back-to-back dyno runs.
- Advanced Hose Engineering: Includes high-grade silicone hoses lined with Flurosilicone, safeguarding against modern O.A.T. coolants and oil mist.

The Forge PolarCooler system comes complete with all required hardware, including an OEM-modified structural crash bar and tailored silicone hoses to ensure a seamless installation. The hand-fabricated end tanks and crash bar feature a durable, anti-corrosion black powder coat finish. Handcrafted entirely in Great Britain, this high-end kit includes a worldwide lifetime warranty.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This kit is not compatible with vehicles equipped with factory Nightvision Assist options unless the Nightvision system is permanently removed.
