The Forge Motorsport FMDVRTSi Recirculation Valve Kit is engineered specifically for Volkswagen Group 1.4 TSI twincharged (turbocharged and supercharged) engines up to early 2013, where the turbocharger is located at the front of the engine bay. These complex engines rely on fast, accurate boost regulation to balance power transitions between the supercharger and turbocharger. Factory electronic valves use a fragile rubber diaphragm that frequently splits under pressure, causing boost leaks and loss of power. This upgrade replaces the factory unit with a reliable, mechanical twin-piston alloy valve that eliminates leakage and ensures stable performance.
