The Forge Motorsport Mechanical Recirculation Valve Kit is engineered for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles running the 1.8 and 2.0 TSI/TFSI EA888 Gen 3 engines. Factory electronic solenoid valves frequently suffer from mechanical failures, sticking pistons, and split diaphragms, which can lead to boost drop-off at higher RPMs. This premium upgrade replaces the factory setup with a mechanical, vacuum-operated piston valve. It utilizes an electronic solenoid to redirect vacuum lines, integrating with your car's factory engine systems to deliver fast response times and leak-free performance under heavy boost.
This mechanical replacement kit comes with multiple spring options, allowing you to tune the valve's performance to match your engine's modifications. This ensures smooth gear changes and reliable boost control for both standard and highly tuned setups.
