Forge Motorsport is proud to release the latest evolution of their highly acclaimed solenoid-driven replacement valves for the 2021-onwards VAG 2.0 TSI performance engines (specifically covering high-output engine codes DNP & DNFB). Developed specifically to withstand high thermal loads and elevated boost pressures, this full replacement recirculation valve integrates flawlessly with factory electronics. It delivers reliable, quiet operation without triggering check engine lights or diagnostic fault codes.

Billet Alloy Longevity Over Plastic Components

The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) electronic valve relies on a plastic assembly that degrades over time due to heat cycling in high-performance engine bays. Under increased boost from ECU tuning, the plastic components can warp or break apart internally, creating significant boost leaks and introducing a critical risk of plastic fragments entering the compressor wheel. The Forge FMDV32R uses a premium CNC machined billet alloy casing paired with an ultra-responsive internal piston configuration, proven to hold solid boost profiles on setups generating over 600bhp.

Uncompromised Engineering and Low Maintenance

Every Gen4 valve kit includes an engineered plug-and-play wiring harness and all required hardware to bolt directly into the factory location on the turbocharger housing. The piston design allows for routine servicing every 3 years or 20,000 miles to maintain rapid actuation. This makes it an ideal upgrade for daily drivers and track-dedicated vehicles alike.
