This comprehensive package combines a gigantic performance intercooler with a complete high-flow charge pipe kit, delivering unmatched cooling efficiency and airflow.

The centerpiece of this kit is the massive 97mm thick Garrett intercooler core, featuring advanced aerospace technology and rated for up to 1000hp. Coupled with custom freeform cast end tanks, this system distributes airflow evenly to ensure maximum heat transfer.

Optimized Charge Pipes

The included charge pipe kit eliminates the bottlenecks found in the factory piping:

• Hot Side (Turbo to Intercooler): Features a mandrel-bent 70mm (2 ¾") aluminium pipe. This replaces the restrictive OEM flat design, ensuring smooth airflow from the turbo.
• Cold Side (Intercooler to Throttle Body): A massive cast aluminium pipe that sweeps from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. It features a huge 86mm connection at the intercooler (vs OEM 64mm) to match the do88 intercooler's 80mm outlet.
• Methanol/Sensor Ready: The cold side pipe includes two CNC-machined 1/8 NPT connections, perfect for methanol injection or boost pressure sensors.

Chromoly Crash Beam

To accommodate the massive 97mm core, this kit includes a custom Chromoly crash beam. This beam allows for the installation of the larger core without obstructing ambient airflow.
