Engineering & Construction

The kit features an all-aluminium intercooler with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks. It is paired with 2.5” (63mm) mandrel-bent seamless aluminium pressure pipes and custom high-quality silicone hoses reinforced with 4 layers of polyester/aramid fabric.

Methanol Ready: The charge pipe features one CNC-machined 1/8 -27 NPT connection, perfect for methanol injection. (Delivered with a blanking plug).

Stock Location Superiority: Unlike Front Mounted Intercooler (FMIC) setups that often suffer from small frontal surface areas due to bumper beams, the do88 BigPack utilizes the stock location to maximize core size and cooling capacity, far outperforming most FMIC alternatives.
