Optimize the primary induction line of your 245hp EA888 Gen 4 engine with the Forge Motorsport high-flow turbo inlet adaptor. Engineered directly as a high-performance replacement for the restrictive factory plastic elbow, this product fixes the aerodynamic limitations of original VAG equipment. The stock factory inlet has a tight internal radius and stepped joints that cause severe air turbulence, creating an air delivery bottleneck under load. The Forge upgrade features a smooth internal bore profile that expands the induction path, helping the turbocharger draw air more efficiently for faster throttle response and sustained power gains.


Advanced CNC Manufacturing & Protective Coatings

This critical induction component is manufactured in-house using advanced multi-axis CNC billet machinery. Cut from structural 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this solid part completely eliminates the flexing, cracking, and fatigue common to plastic components over time. To ensure long-lasting durability under extreme under-bonnet heat cycles, each adaptor is finished in a high-gloss black anodized surface coating. This finish protects the aluminum from oxidation while giving the engine bay a clean appearance.


Airtight Dual O-Ring Performance Engineering

Rear Viton Sealing O-Ring Groove and Flange Configuration

To eliminate any potential for unmetered air draw or vacuum leaks, this high-flow adaptor uses an advanced mechanical sealing face. It features an integrated high-temperature Viton O-ring seated inside a precision CNC-machined groove. This design provides an airtight seal against the turbocharger housing face, maintaining internal pressure consistency even on vehicles running aggressive Stage 1 or Stage 2 engine management calibrations.
