Improve the induction efficiency of your three-cylinder engine with this high-performance CNC-machined billet aluminum turbo inlet adaptor. Developed by Forge Motorsport for the updated 2022+ Volkswagen Audi Group 1.0 TSI engine line, this upgrade replaces the highly restrictive plastic factory elbow. The stock factory piece narrows significantly inside, creating air restrictions and turbulence right before the compressor wheel. By expanding the internal passage and smoothing out the flow geometry, the Forge adaptor maximizes airflow capacity, delivering quicker throttle response and enhanced turbo response across the RPM band.

Precision Engineering & Billet Construction

Each adaptor is precision-machined in the UK using state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC equipment. Cut from a single solid block of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, this solid part completely eliminates the flexing and cracking common to plastic factory pieces under load. To ensure long-lasting durability under extreme under-bonnet heat cycles, each adaptor is finished in a high-gloss black anodized surface coating. This finish protects the aluminum from oxidation while giving the engine bay a clean appearance.

Airtight Sealing Network & Secure Fitment

Engineered for a direct drop-in fitment, this high-flow adaptor eliminates the common boost and vacuum leaks associated with plastic aftermarket variations. It features an integrated high-temperature Viton rubber O-ring seal pre-seated into a precision-machined groove. This setup creates an airtight, positive pressure seal directly against the compressor housing face. The installation reuses your original mounting hardware and aligns perfectly with the factory locating pins, requiring no cutting, trimming, or permanent vehicle modifications.
