How long your spark plug will last all depends on the quality of your spark plug, the material it’s made out of and the way you drive your car all having an impact. We recommend investing in spark plugs made of platinum or iridium, especially for high performance cars as they’re highly durable and wear resistant. Copper and nickel spark plugs are certainly more affordable, but they don’t offer the longevity and performance that iridium and platinum spark plugs do. 

Spark plugs typically last anywhere between 30,000 to over 100,000 miles, depending on the type of plug you opt for. Copper generally wears out between 20,000-30,000 miles, whilst platinum and iridium spark plugs will usually serve you well over 60,000 to 100,000+ miles.
