Designed as a direct-replacement upgrade for early generation VAG 2.0 FSiT (EA113) engines, this high-performance kit replaces your two main intercooler hoses as well as the critical throttle body intake link. Factory-installed rubber hoses expand and flex under load, causing boost fluctuations and slower throttle response. Over time, constant exposure to high temperatures and oil mist weakens the factory rubber, eventually leading to splits, tears, and sudden boost loss during hard acceleration.

Advanced Fluorosilicone Lining & Premium Couplers

Every hose in this uprated kit is handmade using an intensive multi-ply fabric reinforcement matrix, designed to handle significantly higher temperatures and working boost pressures than factory hardware. The inner core features a high-grade Fluorosilicone lining that provides complete protection against degradation from long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology (O.A.T.) blends, and pressurized air heavily saturated with engine oil mist.
